A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required in order to reserve space in a Clinic.  A Reservation is not guaranteed until the deposit is received. Participants unable to attend a clinic on their reserved date, may apply the deposit toward another clinic date up to 30 days prior to the original clinic start date.  Deposit will be forfeited if date change is not made within 30 days of original clinic date.

If a price difference is incurred as a result of changing clinic dates, participant is responsible for paying the difference.

Clinic balance is due 30 days prior to the clinic start date.  Clinic balance is fully refundable, less the deposit, up to 30 days prior to the clinic start date.  No refunds will be issued if requested 29 days or less prior to the clinic start date.
