Rick Galles, Owner/President
Rick has amassed a 40-year business career spanning the automobile, professional sports and real estate/ranching industries. In addition to his Chevrolet and Saturn dealership holdings in New Mexico, Rick also lays claim to a major motor sports racing team, which, during its 22-year span, recorded four national championships, including the 1992 Indianapolis 500 as well as three Indy 500 runner up finishes. In 2003, Rick turned his attention to a new business when he created what is now the premier cutting clinic program in the United States.

Tim Plate, Vice President & Chief Executive Officer
Responsible for overseeing new development for the Galles Cutting Program, including the Aged Division, Tim is also the co-founder and general manager of Galles Properties Real Estate Services. With 18 years of experience in sports marketing, licensing and sales, he has worked with companies such as Xerox, Nike, NASCAR and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. |

Cindy Plate, Vice President, Marketing
As the director of Marketing Activities for the Galles Cutting Horse Training Center and Galles Properties Real Estate Services, Cindy manages all print, broadcast and internet marketing activities. With 15 years of experience in graphic design and international corporate marketing services, she has worked with a long list of corporate clientele, including Valvoline, Anheuser-Busch, Starz-Encore, Tecate Breweries and Futaba Corporation. |

Johanna Stackpole, Area Sales Manager
The point person for all sales and customer service activities for the Galles Cutting Horse Training Center, Johanna works directly with clients to deliver the highest level of customer service. In addition to her sales experience, Johanna is a certified travel agent and offers a strong background in the administrative and customer service arena. |

Responsible for the design and creation of Internet marketing activities for the Galles Cutting Program and Galles Properties Real Estate Services, Marcy offers 12 years of experience in the web design industry as well as 16 years of professional copy writing and marketing experience. She is the founder of MTECH, specializing in web design, search engine optimization, copy writing, Internet marketing services, and Internet business development. |
